How do I get a user name?

You email the webmaster and ask for one. Currently however membership is restricted to branch members, so you will need to provide some form of identification.

Why should I want a user name?

You will be able to update the pub database to include your favourite pubs for others to read about. The members' area also provides access to extra functionality, enabling you to get more out of the website. And you don't really want to miss out on anything do you?

I've forgotten my password.

You can reset your password using the form provided here.

I've forgotten my user name.

If you have a branch email address that may give you a clue. If you really have forgotten it though then send an email message to the webmaster asking to be reminded of it.

I've forgotten my user name and password.

Reset your password using the form provided, using your email address. You user name will be included in the email that is sent to you.

I reset my password but my email never arrived.

Send an email message to the webmaster include your full name, CAMRA membership number and the email address you would like reminders to be sent to.

I tried to reset my password but it said I didn't have a registered email address.
